The International Laboratory of Fashion Trends, WHO'S NEXT, took place from September 1 to 4 in Hall 1 of Paris Expo at Porte de Versailles. For this new session, the show hosted 649 brands.
Next to it, in the same hall (44 000 m2), PREMIERE CLASSE, the International Fashion Accessory Designers Trade Show, rounded off the show's offer with 400 exhibitors. With an economic recovery of the market in the background, the results of the two shows turn out to be extremely positive.
WHO'S NEXT & PREMIERE CLASSE, a business place ! The gathering of PREMIERE CLASSE and the 5 creation sectors of WHO'S NEXT: FACE (denim), FAST (urban wear), FRESH (laboratory), FAME (designers) and PRIVATE (collections) has, according to everyone, generated real business dynamics.
As a matter of fact, more than an obvious complementarity of products, the proximity between small and established brands generated a nice synergy and encouraged a purchase climate.
Moreover, as Corinne Cobson mentioned, “the traffic in hall 1 was clear and fluid. The layout of the show made visitors make the whole tour”.
According to Jean-Michel Despallières of Jean's Paul Gaultier, “the show was remarkably organized. The number of visitors was in constant evolution day after day and the orders increased subsequently. All my clients came and we recorded a real satisfying turnover”.
Exhibitors at PREMIERE CLASSE also congratulated the reunion with WHO'S NEXT and found very interesting that clothes were mixed with accessories, as they are both indissociable.
