“The overall governance of the Relief Scheme will rest in the hands of a board of trustees assisted by a committee of contributors and an oversight committee, while its management will be in the hands of a manager appointed by the trustees.
“A series of Round Table meetings will now take place with those brands and retailers who had business with Spectrum Sweater Industries Limited as well as with key stakeholders to finalise details of the Project Spectrum Voluntary Relief Scheme and to put in place a Trust to administer the Scheme.”
