Textiles and fabrics producer Schoeller Textil AG launches the Spring/Summer 2008 collection. More functionality and less weight - “More and less” is the theme of the Spring/Summer 2008 Collection from Schoeller Switzerland, which means minimum weight and maximum function.
Particularly in those sports which produce a rush of adrenalin, the outfit should be as elastic as possible and barely noticeable. And it should be able to provide optimum management of the body's own climate and the prevailing climate.
Here Schoeller is showing new, gauzy and very pleasant summer soft-shells. Fabric innovations with extreme and already almost world-record permeability levels are an ideal option for climate regulation in summer heat.
For those parts of the body where wind repelling properties are more important than air permeability, there are light WB-400-innovations which can offer this protection through the bonding of two materials.
Tangible benefits at high temperatures are also provided by the 3XDRY function finish, which ensures fast perspiration transport and consequently evaporation cooling and which comes “inclusive” with many outdoor innovations. The same applies to UV protection which, with most outdoor fabrics from Schoeller, lies at a factor of 50+ based on the European standard.
Light, fresh look - With graphic designs or mini rhomb looks and, for example, 3D reverses, the comfortable and hardwearing soft-shell innovations from the schoeller-dryskin collection also incorporate a bright new visual appeal.
