SIMA's TEX SPARES 2006 - a unique forum for textile ind

The Southern India Mills' Association (SIMA), the single largest employers' organisation representing the textile mills in South India, is organising a five day international Expo during July 27-31,2006.
This is the third Expo in series aimed at bringing together a gamut of textile machinery and Spares manufacturers under one roof.
In the first event conducted during August 2001, 186 participants from all over the country exhibited their products, which attracted 9000 business visitors from different sectors of the textile industry and trade. The second event organised during February 2004 had 202 exhibitors and over l0000 business visitors.
Consequent to the Vision Statement released by CITI aiming at Rs. 1,40,000 crores investment in the textile industry by 2010, industry-friendly policies and also abolition of quotas from January 1, 2005, large-scale investments are taking place across the country in all the sectors of the textile industry.
Therefore, this International Expo would provide tremendous opportunities to the textile Machinery / spares manufacturers, entrepreneurs and technocrats from various sectors to formulate their future strategies with regard to textile spares, accessories, equipment, etc.
VENUE Tex Spares 2006 would be held at the CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex, Peelamedu, Coimbatore 641 014, lndia's largest column free exhibition hall at Coimbatore.
INTERNATIONAL SEMINARS A special feature of Tex Spares 2006 is a series of International Seminars scheduled during July 28 -30,2006 at the exhibition venue. The topics to be covered include, Quality Textile Machinery Components, Technology Management, Hi-tech Machinery, Maintenance Cost, Energy Conservation, Industry's expectations from machinery / spares manufacturers, etc.
