Following the mail-out of the material to shareholders on our upcoming AGM, it was brought to our attention that Trevor Flugge's three year term of office as a Board Director expires at the end of the forthcoming AGM.
As previously announced, Mr Flugge believes it would not be in the interests of the company to seek re-election and will retire at the AGM.
The Board is delighted to find such an excellent candidate as Robbie. The AWS Board will consider the recommendation at a special Board meeting immediately following the company's Annual General Meeting on 15th November in Armidale.
AWS shareholders are reminded that they have until 9.30am Monday 13 November to lodge their proxies for the AGM.
