Highlights:
• '06-07 World production estimated at 122.1 million bales, unchanged from December.
• '06-07 World mill use at 123.6 million bales, up 200,000 bales from December.
•'07-08 World production estimated at 118.3 million bales, down 510,000 bales from December.
•'07-08 China imports at 14.0 million bales, down 500,000 bales from December.
•'07-08 U.S. production estimated at 19.0 million bales, up 40,000 bales from December.
