Sen. Blanche Lincoln (D-AR) will address the National Cotton Council's General Session at the Peabody Hotel (Ballroom ABC) in Memphis on Monday, Feb. 11.
She is expected to begin at about 9:40 a.m. and conclude about 10 a.m. She will be available to visit with news media immediately after her address in or near Ballroom ABC on the Mezzanine level (second).
