Basic fibre to rich fabrics converter Rai Saheb Rekhchand Mohota Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd (RSR Mohota Spg & Wvg Mills) informed that the company has decided to sell or insert its spinning unit situated in the district of Wardha, Maharashtra.
The Mumbai-based company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that the shareholders by way of a postal ballot had decided to sell, transfer or dispose off of the unit at Village Wani, Wardha.
100 years old company The RSR Mohota Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd is a flagship company of the Mohota group. It is now known as RSR, was setup in the year 1898 by Shri Rekhchandji Mohota in the cotton belt of central India.
RSR product range includes grey and dyed multi-purpose yarns, bleached, dyed, mercerized, printed, high value ready-to-stitch fabrics, pillows, home made furnishings etc.
