Branded consumer products company K2 Inc announced second quarter results on Wednesday, July 20, 2005, after the close of the trading day, the Company will release results for the three months ended June 30, 2005.
The Company also said that Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Richard J. Heckmann, President and Chief Operating Officer Wayne Merck and Chief Financial Officer Dudley W. Mendenhall will host an investor conference call that same day, at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
