Gap Inc announces debut of Forth & Towne in NY & Chicago

World's largest specialty retailers Gap Inc announced the debut of Forth & Towne, the company's new women's apparel retail concept. Forth & Towne opens tomorrow, August 24, in the Palisades Center Mall in West Nyack, New York, and will open four stores in the Chicago area on August 31.
“They have a deep understanding of who our customer is, and they believe Forth & Towne will provide her with an experience she's never seen before,” said Gary Muto, President, Forth & Towne. “Forth & Towne will provide everything in one intimate space: from great style and dependable fit, to a beautiful setting and exceptional service.”
Forth & Towne offers customers smart, fashionable clothing designed under four unique brands tailored to a range of lifestyles. The brands, Allegory, Vocabulary, Prize and Gap Edition, will offer distinct styles for casual, business or dress-up needs within one intimate space.
Allegory features suiting with a distinctly feminine touch and classic pieces with modern elegance: tailored pants, beautifully cut blazers and clean shirting.
For the individualist, Vocabulary offers comfort and graceful femininity with rich knits and pants accented with prints and jewelry.
Prize celebrates fun, wearable trends with flattering silhouettes, flirty fabrics and stylish cuts.
And women who grew up with the Gap will love the return of the everyday Gap essentials offered through Gap Edition. All four brands will be easy to find in distinct environments within the store.
