SDSG also includes the Carson Pirie Scott northern store group ("CPS") (operating stores under the names of Carson Pirie Scott, Bergner's, Boston Store, Herberger's, and Younkers), which is led by Michael R. MacDonald, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Club Libby Lu, which is led by Mary Drolet, President. Effective September 15, MacDonald and Drolet will also report to Sadove. The Company has announced it is exploring strategic alternatives for both CPS and Club Libby Lu.
US based Saks Incorporated operates Saks Fifth Avenue Enterprises (SFAE), which consists of 56 Saks Fifth Avenue stores, 50 Saks Off 5th stores, and saks.com. The Company also operates its Saks Department Store Group (SDSG) with 182 department stores under the names of Parisian, Younkers, Herberger's, Carson Pirie Scott, Bergner's, and Boston Store and 49 Club Libby Lu specialty stores.
