Inflow of such apprentices is dominated by Chinese women, who are lured and fall prey under pretext of learning advanced technologies. These women are working tirelessly in Gifu Prefecture in 21st century Japan.
The company pays just 55,000 yen a month (less than one fourth of initial wage of a fresh graduate), paid only 300 yen per hour as overtime and allowed only 15 days leave per year.
