Industrial engineers, quality assurance heads, trainers and line production supervisors have brighter prospects for making it big in India.

The local industries offer specialized training and hands-on professional training to the selected personnel hired on contractual basis for a period of two or three years.

As for the remuneration, they get about $1,000 per month and much rests on on individual's experience and efficiency.

With the demand going up, local industries will hunt for more personnel from Sri Lanka in the near future, say industry insiders.
