Worker absence weighs on manmade yarn demand in India, prices ease

Only a few counts and varieties have seen price drops. Industrial activity has not picked up after Diwali due to the prolonged holiday of workers from Bihar. It remains uncertain when polyester and viscose yarn will find support from the consumer industry.”
