Liz Claiborne Inc announced that Trudy Sullivan, President, is leaving the company to assume a leadership position at another corporation.
Liz Claiborne Inc is eliminating the position of President. As part of its ongoing restructuring, the company has been conducting a search, which is nearing a conclusion, for an Executive Vice President of its newly formed Partnered Brands division.
Chief Executive Officer William L. McComb stated, "For the past six years, Trudy has been an integral part of the company's management team, helping shape and implement strategy, and we thank her for her many contributions."
