Cherokee to partake at CIBC World Markets Conference

Cherokee Inc, a leading global licensor and brand management company, today announced that Russell J. Riopelle, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, will be presenting at the CIBC World Markets 7th Annual Consumer Growth Conference, to be held on July 10-12, 2007 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts.
Cherokee's investor presentation is scheduled for Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at 10:20am ET. The audio portion of the presentation will be webcast live, and a replay will be available on the Investor Relations page of the Company's website.
The Company also announced that its 2007 annual shareholder meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at 10:00am PT at Shutters on the Beach Hotel, 1 Pico Blvd, Santa Monica, CA. Details of the meeting and proxy materials will be mailed in mid July to all shareholders of record as of June 28, 2007.
