Tandy Leather Factory Inc announced that it is opening a new retail store in Knoxville, Tennessee. This is the seventh of twelve planned store openings for 2007 and brings the number of Tandy Leather retail stores to 69.
The new store is located at 1645 Downtown West Blvd in Knoxville and should be open for business by the end of this week.
Chief Executive Officer and President, Ron Morgan, commented, "Our planned store expansion is on track for 2007. The Knoxville store is our third retail store in Tennessee as we now have stores spread geographically to cover the state."
"Michael Burch will be managing the store. He has been training in our Columbus, Ohio Leather Factory store for almost a year."
Tandy Leather Factory Inc headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, is a specialty retailer and wholesale distributor of a broad product line including leather, leatherworking tools, buckles and adornments for belts, leather dyes and finishes, saddle and tack hardware, and do-it-yourself kits.
