SanMar, a leading supplier of wholesale apparel and accessories, is announcing plans to build a 580,000 square foot distribution center from the ground up in Irving, Texas.
The warehouse will support continual enhancements in their 1-day delivery service across eleven central states. Groundbreaking for the facility is scheduled for Fall 2007.

Construction plans for the new southwest distribution center were finalized on the heels of a major success at SanMar's current facility in Coppell, Texas.
For the entire week of April 16th to April 20th, 2007, the warehouse crew shipped all customer orders complete and shortage-free.
“A zero-shortage day alone is eight months in the making. We're incredibly proud to report five of them in a row,” Lott continues, “and excited to provide the team with a better location.
