The man, who dresses catwalk supermodels and other iconic women such as her Royal Highness Crown Princess Mary of Denmark, will share his love affair with Australian Merino wool at the Innovation in Action forum at Armidale on November 14.
Leading fashion designer Jayson Brunsdon will explain how he has been working with Australian Wool Innovation (AWI) to showcase the sensuality and style of new Australian Merino wool at the Armidale Ex-Services Memorial Club, Dumaresq Street, from 8.30am.
The Jayson Brunsdon fashion label appears in 42 stores in seven countries and is adored by international supermodels such as Linda Evangelista and Christy Turlington.
Stockists include David Jones in Australia, Selfridges in the United Kingdom and American stores Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue.
"Australia Merino wool is distinctive and the latest product developments mean you are working with a very lightweight and delicate material that consumers love to wear,” Mr Brunsdon says.
AWI will conduct the Innovation in Action forum immediately prior to the company's Annual General Meeting, to give producers an insight into how woolgrower levies are being invested to build demand for Australian Merino wool and improve on-farm productivity.
"The forum will be an opportunity to speak directly with the producers growing the wool and talk about the importance of Australian Merino wool from a global design perspective,” Mr Brunsdon said.
