France based TISSU PREMIER continues to expand on a scale that puts in the same league as trade fairs held in Europe's capital cities. Key features in September 2005 will be a strongly defined fashion trail, a bigger offering in the Services sector, plus 'sport meets innovation meets design' in the young designers' expo – all with a British flavour.
Fair :Tissu Premier to LILLE GRAND PALAIS Date: 7 & 8 SEPTEMBER 2005 Location: 1 bd. des Cités Unies - F-59777 EURALILLE - France T. +33(0)3 20 14 14 46
This session the spotlight is on the UK and one of its fashion gurus, London-based designer Zandra Rhodes. 371 exhibitors showing 390 collections have already signed up for the September 2005 session. 69% are European, including 35% French, 17% from other European and Mediterranean countries and 14% from Asia and Russia. The best represented sectors are knitted fabrics, prints, colour wovens and sportswear, in that order.
Pre-registration is already highly promising: to date 1,394 visitors have pre-registered, i.e. 935 more than for September 2004 at the same stage. A MORE PROMINENT SERVICES PLATFORM The Services platform returns with a more visible offering broadened to encompass non-regional services.
Covering modelling, responsiveness, prices and services, TISSU PREMIER continues to build a comprehensive offering that promotes the concept of networking. The exhibition places the emphasis on service as an essential added value increasingly sought after by customers who require complete solutions. This is why the organisers are continuing to expand the Services platform offering: 30 exhibitors from sectors as varied as garment manufacturing subcontracting, research, prototyping, finishing, quality control, logistics, etc., have already signed up.
