Article 6 Examination and approval system at two levels is carried out in issuing of Temporary Textile Export License. Chapter II Acceptance, examination, approval and issuing of export license for textile exported to European Union
Article 7 License-issuing organs of all local competent commercial administrations should handle the application for and issuing export license and origin certificate for textile exported to European Union strictly in accordance with Temporary Management Measures on Textile Export (Provisional) and Temporary Managed Commodity Catalogue of Textile Export promulgated by Ministry of Commerce.
Managers should apply for Export License and Origin Certificate for textile exported to European Union in writing to license-issuing organs of local competent commercial administrations. Article 8 When handling export license and origin certificate for textile exported to European Union, license-issuing organs of all local competent commercial administrations should verify following materials provided by managers:
1. Documents about permitted quantities distributed to the managers by local competent commercial administrations in accordance with the approval documents of Ministry of Commerce.
2. Application Form for Export License for Textile Exported to European Union (in two duplicate, see Appendix 4), and it should be filled in by managers item by item, must not be altered, and should be affixed managers'administrative official seal.
