Article 17 To the correct and complete applications, license-issuing organs of all local competent commercial administrations should issue Temporary Textile Export License within 2 working days as of the date when the applications are made through network (See license standard in Appendix 8). To written application, they should issue Temporary Textile Export License within 3 working days.
Article 18 License-issuing organs of all local competent commercial administrations cut corresponding permitted quantity and issue Temporary Textile Export License with special seal for Textile License after examining and verifying the application form and documents for Temporary Textile Export License submitted by the managers.
Article 19 If the managers submit written application, they should obtain Temporary Textile Export License by second duplicate of Application Form for Temporary Textile Export License, Chinese customs' return duplicate of Export License for Textile Exported to European Union and effective credentials of license obtaining persons.
If applying for the license through network, the managers should obtain Temporary Textile Export License by the Application Form printed in Temporary Textile Export License Application System, Chinese customs' return duplicate of Export License for Textile Exported to European Union and effective credentials of license obtaining persons.
When obtaining Temporary Textile Export License, the managers should give the date of obtaining the license and sign their names after verifying the number, copy of the license and the code of commodity with Registration Form of Issuing Temporary Textile Export License.
