Article 9 To the correct and complete applications, license-issuing organs of local competent commercial administrations should verify the application, cut permitted quantity and issue Export License and Origin Certificate for textile exported to European Union with special seal for textile of People's Republic of China within 2 working days at receipt of the application.
Electronic data of Export License and Origin Certificate for textile exported to European Union issued on the same day must be reported to China International Electronic Commercial Center through network without delay and omittance.
Article 10 Export License and Origin Certificate for textile exported to European Union are applied for by license-obtaining persons appointed and reported to license-issuing organs for record by every manager.
License-obtaining persons should obtain export license and origin certificate for textile exported to European Union by second duplicate of Application Form of Export License for Textile Exported to European Union and their effective credentials. When obtaining the license, they should give clear indication of the date and sign their names after verifying the license number and copies, and types in Application Form of Export License for Textile Exported to European Union (See Appendix 6). Article 11 Managers may apply for Temporary Textile Export License to local competent commercial administrations in writing or through network when they apply for Export License and Origin Certificate for Textile exported to European Union.
