The world's most valuable fashion prize, the “Swiss Textiles Award“ will be presented to a talented young designer for the fifth time at the Schweizerhof Hotel, Lucerne, on 26 November 2005.
The prize money amounts to 100,000 euros. This sum will not be paid out in cash but will be used to provide substantial assistance in the shape of material benefits (such as press relations, show production etc.) for the winner at a decisive stage in his or her career.
