If the first two days were full events and seminars, the final day was equally packed with VIP visitors, dignitaries and others. Fashion writer Meher Castelino, Khandaan fame Mohana Singh's husband producer Inderjeet Singh, Charagh Din's Rajiv Daswani, Instant Jeans' Bharat Dedant, fashion designer Anita Dongre, Killer, Director, Hemant Jain, and representatives from many MBOs, fashion houses and designers were spotted.
Crowds thronged in large numbers, as the sun was setting in the backdrop, and the final moments ticking away. Many of the exhibitors were seen sealing deals, appointing agents and winding up on a winning note.
Even as the crescendo touched the top notes, it was time to bring it down as the curtains fell on the most happening textiles event of India.
To sum up in Hemant Jain's words, “its an excellent fair for me. First time many international players have come here. It's a good start. Whatever fabric, I was looking for, I got it. Maybe, I will book order for fabric.” Indeed, it was not the end, it was the start!
