Temporary Textile Export License details announced

Article 20 License-issuing organs of all local competent commercial administrations should not issue Temporary Textile Export License to the managers who do not give clear indication of corresponding number and classification number of export license for Textile exported to European Union in the Application Form for Temporary Textile Export License.
Article 21 License-issuing organs should issue the license within 3 working days to the managers who apply for Export License and Origin Certificate for Textiles exported to European Union together with Temporary Textile Export License. If they could not issue the license as scheduled for some special reasons, they should give reasons to the managers in time.
The mangers applying Export License and Origin Certificate for Textile exported to European Union and Temporary Textile Export License at the same time should go through application formalities in accordance with related provisions of Article 10 and 19.
Article 22 License-issuing organs of all local competent commercial administrations exempt from issuing Temporary Textile Export License to the samples that the quantity is no more than 50 pieces (including 50 pieces, set, pair, kg or other commodity unit, excluding dozen, dozen pair, dozen set, quantity unit Ton).
If the imported samples are subject to the commodities that import customs requests to declare at the customs by license, the managers should apply for Temporary Textile Export License to license-issuing organs within the quantity that they may apply for.
