Chapter VI Handling of change, return and loss of Temporary Textile Export License Article 23 License-issuing organs of all local competent commercial administrations must not make any revisions to the application for Temporary Textile Export License that has been examined and approved. If there are any changed items, the original license should be cancelled and a new license should be issued.
Article 24 If the Temporary Textile Export License obtained by the managers has not been used up or has any changes, the managers should give back the Temporary Textile Export License to original license-issuing organs, fill in Application Form of Changing Export License for Textile Exported to European Union (Appendix 10) and Application Form of Changing Temporary Textile Export License (Appendix 11), and license-issuing organs changes corresponding license for them.
To the commodities that have gone through the customs but do not change the sum and quantity, the managers may apply for changing export license and origin certificate for Textile exported to European Union to license issuing organs by Chinese customs' declaration form and Export License and Origin Certificate for Textile Exported to European Union. License issuing organs must not issue corresponding Temporary Textile Export License for them.
Article 25 If Temporary Textile Export License is lost, the managers should report for loss in writing to original license-issuing organ and domestic declaration port indicated in the Temporary Textile Export License. Original license-issuing organ should cancel the old license and issue a new one at the receipt of loss report after verifying internal and external customs' electronic data and confirming that the license has not been declared at the customs.
