Article 12 Written applications for Temporary Textile Export License License-issuing organs of all local competent commercial administrations should verify following materials provided by managers when they handle the applications for Temporary Textile Export License: 1. Export License and Origin Certificate for Textile Exported to European Union; 2. Application Form for Temporary Textile Export License with manager's administrative official seal (in duplicate, see Appendix 7).
Article 13 Application for Temporary Textile Export License through network
1. Before applying for Temporary Textile Export License through network, the managers should handle the formalities of obtaining electronic key used for identity authentication in license-issuing organs of all local competent commercial administrations (The electronic key the managers handled before used for obtaining other import and export license applies to the application for Temporary Textile Export License).
2. Managers should print Export License and Origin Certificate for Textiles exported to European Union first in order to fill in and submit the number and classification number of Export License for textile exported to European Union in electronic data of Application Form for Temporary Textile Export License (hereinafter referred to as “electronic data”).
When applying for Temporary Textile Export License through network, managers should enter the network ofLicense Bureau, click application link of network enterprises and enter network license application platform, then click Application System of Temporary Textile Export License, fill in item by item, save and report electronic data of the application form according to the content of export contract.
