Article 15 Examination and approval of written application for Temporary Textile Export License To the applications that do not accord with the regulations, staffs of license-issuing organs of ALL local competent commercial administrations should inform the managers only once the reasons why they do not handle them. If there are errors that are not key ones or do not change the character of the application in the application materials, the applicants should be allowed to make correction on the spot. If the application materials are not complete or do not accord with legal form, all the content that need to be added or corrected should be informed to the applicant in one time.
If the managers apply for Export License for Textiles Exported to European Union, Origin Certificate for Textile Exported to European Union and Temporary Textile Export License at the same time, license-issuing organs of all local competent commercial administrations should examine and approve them together.
Article 16 Examination and approval of Temporary Textile Export License through network To the applications that accord with the provisions of this standard, the person concerned of license-issuing organs of all local competent commercial administrations should click “pass”. To the applications that do not accord with the provisions of the standard, they should click “not pass” after giving clear indication of reasons in examination and approval column.
