Article 30 The application form and other forms in terms of this standard may be downloaded and printed from “download of related software” of column “related business” in main page of http://www.licence.org.cn, the website of License Bureau of Ministry of Commerce.
Article 31 The interpretation of this standard is vested in License Bureau.
Article 32 the standard comes into effect as of July 20, 2005.
